9. Mount the hand mixer as shown in fi gures 9a, 9b and 9c when the food is ready to be mashed.

12. Start the kettles mixing tool
13. Check the hand mixer manual for how long the handmixer is allowed run without interruption.
When fi nished:
14. Important! Stop the hand mixer and the kettle bottom mixing tool
15. Disconnect the hand mixer from the mains.
16. Dismount the hand mixer from the kettle lid.
17. Clean the hand mixer according to the manufacturer's user manual.
18. The kettle lid can be washed in a dish washer.

a. First a couple of minutes at 15 rpm.
b. Then increase the speed gradually. Use the auto reverse function if needed.
Make sure that the product does not splash over the edges of the kettle
