Pour un meilleur fonctionnement, installez
l'appareil aussi loin que possible de toute
nuisance sonore et source d'interférences
(telle qu'un frigidaire, un four à micro-ondes,
une lampe fluorescente, etc.)
a Choisissez un emplacement de montage à proximité
d'une prise murale.
b Utilisez le schéma de montage pour vérifier si
l'agencement et l'épaisseur du socle de votre
meuble de cuisine conviennent.
c Décidez dès à présent si vous souhaitez connecter
l'appareil à d'autres équipements audio/vidéo.

Connectez les accessoires fournis suiv-
ants sur leurs prises respectives à
l'arrière de l'appareil:
•
adaptateur 12 V CC
•
Pour la réception de la radio,
connectez les antennes AM and FM.

Autres connexions (câbles non inclus)
•
Pour la réception de la télévision sur
cet appareil, branchez l'adaptateur en
forme de " L " sur TV ANT comme
indiqué. Puis connectez une antenne de
téléviseur/un câble CATV (non fourni).
•
Pour une utilisation avec un magnétoscope ou tout
autre équipement audio/vidéo, connectez le câble des
composantes et faites correspondre les couleurs des
connecteurs (AUDIO IN L/R, VIDEO IN) sur
l'appareil.

• Cut the template to fit inside the cabinet.

• Align the template border marked "FRONT"
Recommended depth of cabinet along the front edge of your cabinet.

FM at the rear to allow for connections Use adhesive tape to fix the template.
• Drill 1/4 inch holes (size X.X mm diameter, X
AM inch), as marked X on the template.
• Remove the template when you finish drilling.
Tip
– Use a nail to start each drill hole.
– Hold your drill firmly at 90o with the cabinet bottom and drill holes at
low speed.
– Clear wood shavings.

Using the spacers
On the spacers, there are 4 pairs of notch length B
options. Depending on the thickness of you cabi- Spacer
net bottom (with/ without an overhang), these L (Low) L••H (4 heights)
notch lengths correspond to the 4 notch height in Arrow
the space holders, and allow you to adjust to the
best height to help you mount the unit.
•
Measure the height of the cabinet bottom
and/overhang.
• Turn the spacer counterclockwise to determine
Low which of the 4 heights is most suitable: High • •

Insert the spacers accordingly.

• Manually fasten the 4 screws down into the
spacer holder holes to mount your set. If the C
overhang is more than 1 1/4 inch, use longer
screws (not included).
FRONT Tip
To prevent damage to your set, do not use an electric drill
to secure screws when mounting!
– Hold the unit horizontally when installing it, since the CD tray may
open if the unit is shaken.
– Use the cable manager to manage excess power cord length.
