1. Release the trigger, then push the forward/reverse leaver to centre.
2. Insert an Allen key (3mm) in the hole to adjust the relief valve as the following Fig.
3 to increase the oil pressure or decrease the oil pressure. Turn in clockwise
smoothly for rise the torque, turn in counter clockwise for decrease the torque.
3. When you turn to a suitable position, take away the Allen key then push the
forward/reverse lever to forward position, use the following torque meter to check
the torque.
4. If the torque is not your target torque. Repeat the step 2 and step 3, until the torque
reach your target torque.
NOTE
1. DO NOT over-turn relief valve when adjusting relief valve to max torque
position. Turning relief valve slowly and gently. When turning relief valve
meet max position, over turn will cause serious damages to the pulse unit.
Turn the 3-3/4 turns from the min. torque to reach the max. torque. Avoid
over-turning 3-3/4 turns to break the pulse unit.
2. Please make sure insert a stopper pin 2x4.5 when assembling the pulse unit.
Without the pin, relief valve will turn over the max position and interfere
inside the pulse unit and cause serious damages. DO NOT lose the pin 2x4.5
when disassembling
