Place the frying basket inside the frying tank and close the lid.
TO USE
Refer to the cooking guide in this booklet for food tips and ideas.
1.
Place the appliance on a stable and even surface.
WARNING: Do not place the item on temperature sensitive surfaces.
NOTE: Always make sure the compact deep fryer is unplugged before filling the
frying tank.
2.
Open the lid by pressing the release button.
3.
Remove the frying basket from the frying tank. (P.2 fig.C)
4.
Fill the frying tank with oil.
WARNING: Never fill the frying tank above the maximum marks level line.
5.
Close the lid.
6.
Connect the magnetic end of the detachable power cord into the connector on
the base, then connect the other end to a wall outlet.
NOTE: Ensure temperature control knob is turned counterclockwise to MIN
position.
CAUTION: Do not connect the power plug to the outlet if the frying tank is empty.
7.
Turn the temperature control to desired temperature. The indicator light is on to
indicate that the heating has begun. The indicator light goes off when selected
temperature is reached.
WARNING: Due to the initial heating of the materials used in the manufacturing
of the product, some light smoke/vapors may be released when used initially. This
is normal.
8.
When the required temperature has been reached, open the lid by pressing the
release button, place the ingredient into the frying basket and gently immerse the
frying basket into oil.
NOTE: Check the cooking process through the viewing window located on lid.
9.
When cooking is done, carefully lift the frying basket and hang onto the edge of
the appliance using the drip holder. (Fig.C)
NOTE: Check if the fried foods are ready. If the fried foods are not ready yet,
simply slide the frying basket back into the appliance for few extra minutes.
10. Turn the temperature control to MIN and unplug from the power outlet.
NOTE: close the lid and let the appliance completely cool off before moving,
cleaning or storing away.
11. Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet, then from the appliance.
12. Close the lid and allow the appliance to cool completely before cleaning and
storing it.
