The installation shall be made preferably inside a building but not where there is a risk of fire. In case of outside installation
the controller must be mounted in the vertical position. In case of cowtrainer application the output terminal marked with the

any in the area of the cows. If not, the earth terminal must be connected to other metal equipment
in the stable, eg a rack or to a separate earth stake - at least 1m in depth.
OPERATION AND CONTROL:
Plug the mains cable in a 230V socket. After a few seconds a slight tic-tac can be heard. The impulse lamp flashes with the
pulses. With respect to the animals the controller turns off after 2 hours, the pause lamp is now illuminated.
This stand by operation remains for app. 5 hours, then the controller is active again for about 2 hours with the impulse lamp
flashing. This normal operation mode is running on altering between short on and longer stand by time. In case of animal
contact or a short the controller is switched off after 4-5 pulses with the failure lamp flashing now. A restart is only possible
after a new plug off and on with a 30 sec. interval. The output of the unit is adapted to the application in stables.

The device complies with the requirements of the EEC directives 2004/108/EC „Electromagnetic compatibility" (CE
marking), 2011/65/EU (RoHS) + 2002/96/EG (WEEE) and also the European Safety Standard EN 60335-2-76 (electric fence
