WARNING
• The C2S must be kept out of the reach of children (under 8 years) and must not be used by
those with pacemakers.
• Children must not play with this appliance.
• This appliance may be used by children who are 8 years or older and by those with reduced
physical, sensory or mental abilities, or those lacking experience or knowledge, provided they
are correctly supervised, or if the instructions related to the use of the appliance have been ade-
quately given and if the risks involved have been understood.
• The C2S pro was designed for denture maintenance. As with tooth brushing, denture mainte-
nance with the C2S pro must be carried out daily for a good result. This machine is not intended
to clean dentures that are very damaged by tartar. If this is the case, then it is important to seek
advice from a dental surgeon before using the C2S pro for the first time, to ensure that work
begins on good tooth bases.
• Store the C2S pro in a dry place.
• Avoid prolonged exposure of the C2S pro to the sun or to any heat source.
• Use a damp cloth to clean the C2S pro. Do not use solvents or corrosive products.
• Children should not clean or maintain the appliance without supervision.
• After each use, turn off the C2S pro using the «O/I» switch behind the machine.
• The appliance must only be powered by the correct electrical supply.
• If the power cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its After-Sales depart-
ment or by similarly-qualified personnel, to prevent any risk.
• The transformer's flexible external cable cannot be replaced; should the cable become
damaged, it must be disposed of and replaced with a transformer from the same model.
• The cleaning container must only be used with the C2S pro.
• Containers are strictly individual and must not be interchanged. If in doubt, changing the
container is recommended in order to prevent any risk of cross-contamination.
• The metal needles and containers used for cleaning must never be separated for use.
• The container and needles must not be used (together or separately) for anything else other
than as part of the C2S pro machine.
• The cleaning needles and container, as well as the C2S pro machine, should only be used for
cleaning and maintaining dentures.
• The cleaning needles and container must be replaced every 6 months.
• Do not remove or open the container during the cleaning cycle.
• Should the needles fall out of their container (for example, if you forget to use the retaining
magnet for the needles), it is prohibited to pick them up manually or to use the retaining magnet
to gather them up. This could be dangerous and C2S is not liable for any problems that may be
linked to such handling (bacteria on the needles, injuries etc.).
• Thoroughly check that none of the metal needles are stuck in the denture before putting it in
your mouth.
• The used container and needles must be disposed of in specially-provided bins. The needles
go in the needle bin and the container into the contaminated items bin.
