I. Introduction
C2S thanks you for choosing the C2S pro. This machine
and its patented system enables easier and risk-free clea-
ning and upkeep of your removable dental appliances.
The C2S pro has been designed and developed by oral
health specialists to improve oral hygiene and comfort
Dental Solution
for denture wearers.
Developed for the daily cleaning of all types of removable dentures, its innovative, fast and
economic cleaning system, which gently brushes the dentures with special cleaning needles,
contributes to the dentures' sustainability. Use of individual, replaceable containers (every 6
months) ensures an optimal hygiene that improves comfort for the denture wearer and also
prevents cross-contamination.
As with tooth brushing, denture maintenance with the C2S pro must be carried out daily for a
good result. This machine is not intended to clean dentures with extensive tartar damage. If this
is the case, then it is important to seek advice from a dental surgeon before using the C2S pro
for the first time, to ensure that work begins on good denture bases.
IMPORTANT: THIS MACHINE MUST BE KEPT OUT OF THE REACH OF CHILDREN
(UNDER 8 YEARS) AND MUST NOT BE USED BY THOSE WITH PACEMAKERS.
Contents of the C2S pro (CS-001) pack
1. A C2S pro machine
2. Two needle retaining magnets in the container (fig. 1)
3. An adapter connected to the machine
4. A user guide
III. How to use
1/Turning on the machine
• Attach the power cable to the transformer.
• Connect the power cable to the machine and to a standard plug socket.
• Turn on the machine using the O/I switch behind the machine.
• The machine goes into sleep mode after 15 minutes of «non-use».
To wake it up, press any of the buttons once.
• After each use, turn off the C2S using the O/I switch on the back of the machine.
2/Preparing the cleaning
container
• Open the sachet of metal
cleaning needles directly into
u
the container
. For better
safety, position the needle
retaining magnet under the
container
v
.
• Close the container
w
.
(Fig.1)
• Write the owner's informa-
tion on the label as well as
the first date of use and the
expiry date in 6 months' time.
• Stick the label onto the
plaque provided.
• Stick the second transpa-
rent label onto the first label
x
. (Fig.2)
4/ Programming and starting the cleaning cycle
• Press the «start/stop» button.
• You can stop the cleaning cycle at any time by pressing the «start/stop» button.
• During the cleaning, the motor will stop 10 seconds for every 3 minutes.
• Do not remove or open the container during the cleaning cycle.
Specific case: for the entire upper denture (upper jaw). We recommend turning the den-
ture halfway through the cycle for a better clean. Example: for a 10-minute cleaning cycle,
program the timer for 5 minutes for one side then 5 minutes for the other side.
• Use the «up/down» arrows to scroll to the correct time. The timer is pre-programmed for 10
minutes. The time reduces and increases in 5-minute increments up to 20 minutes.
• Timing selection depends on the amount of residue on the denture. Between 5
and 10 minutes for a standard upkeep clean (standard amount of residue). Between
10 and 15 minutes for quite a lot of residue. Between 15 and 20 minutes for
a lot of residue.
Warning:
if
the
tartar
remains
after
a
20-minute
clean,
recommend cleaning 3 times a day. If the
tartar persists after a week of use, seek ad-
vice from a dental surgeon about removing
the tartar and using the C2S pro on a clean
base in order to prevent the formation of
new residue.
5/Retrieving the denture at the end
of a cleaning cycle
• Remove the container from the machine.
• Position the retaining magnet under the container
• Open the container
v
.
• Retrieve the denture using the tweezers supplied
• Rinse the denture with copious amounts of water. (Fig.5)

II. Product description
(7) cleaning container
(8) needle retaining
magnet
(10) sachet of needles
(11) set of labels
IMPORTANT: containers are strictly for individual use (this prevents cross-contamination) and
must only be used on the C2S pro. Containers can be used for up to a maximum of 6 months.
Should the needles fall out of their container (for example, if you forget to use the needle retai-
ning magnet), it is prohibited to pick them up manually or to use the retaining magnet to gather
them up. This could be dangerous and C2S is not liable for any problems that may be linked to
such handling (bacteria on the needles, injuries etc.).
3/Positioning the container in
the machine
• Position the container on the
needle retaining magnet before
opening it, in order to keep the
needles at the bottom of the
container
u
.
• Open the container.
• Fill the container with tap water
only, up to the level marking that is
visible on the inside
ter clean, we recommend using
warm water.
• You can add a bicarbonate ta-
blet. C2S recommends using this
(Fig.2)
product to achieve a better clean.
(Fig.3)
• Using the tweezers supplied, set
the denture into the container
(7)
• Close the container
x
the needle retaining magnet
and insert the container into the
C2S pro. (Fig.4)
IMPORTANT: Thoroughly check that no metal needles are stuck in the denture!
• Dry the denture using a paper towel or place it in a glass of water to rinse it before putting it
back in your mouth.
Note: after a long cleaning cycle, the water in the container may be quite hot. This is completely
normal and is caused by the movement of the needles during the cleaning cycle.
6/Rinsing and maintaining the container after each use
• Keep the needle retaining magnet under the container.
• Empty the liquid in the container into a sink or waste water tank.
• Fill the container with water
and use the retaining magnet to
manipulate the needles in small cir-
cular motions
v
. This will remove
any residue remaining after the
cleaning cycle. Repeat this step until
the inside of the container is clean.
•
Empty
the
ter
from
the
container.
• Close the container and remove
the
needle
retaining
• Keep the container in a dry place
that is protected from direct light.
• Replace the cleaning needles
and container every 6 months.
Note: Use a damp cloth to clean the C2S pro. Do not use solvents or corrosive products.
• The used container and needles must be disposed of in specially-provided bins. The needles
go in the needle bin and the container into the contaminated items bin.
• Do not use any needles that have been in another container or used for anything else.
• Do not re use the same container without the needles.
