Before using your F21 Clamp on Harmonic Meter and in order to get the best service :
READ carefully the advice and recommendations contained in this instruction booklet.
FOLLOW the usual safety precautions.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Check that the conductor is correctly aligned with the markings and that the clamp closes
correctly.
Do not use the clamp on cables in which the conductors are at a voltage greater than
600 V.
Do not use the clamp for currents greater than 1000 A and limit the duration of use for
currents between 700A and 1000A (see page 40).
Check the correct position of the switch and if necessary the leads before each mea-
surement.
Always disconnect the clamp from any electrical source before changing the battery.
Set the switch to OFF when you are not using the clamp.
