NOTICE D'UTILISATION ET DE DEPANNAGE
SYSTEME DE CONFERENCE
2. SYSTEME DIRIGE
Un système de conférence dirigé sera constitué d'une
alimentation ref AMD CA, d'un poste président ref DCP,de N
postes délégués ref DCD et d'un synoptique . un synoptique
sera soit sous forme d'un Écran tactile avec un PC (VGA min)
ou sous forme d'un pupitre avec des touches lumineuses
fabriqué sur demande.
a. Postes Délégué ref DCD : Appuyer sur la touche de prise de
, la Led clignote ainsi que la Led correspondante
parole
sur le synoptique. Le président selon son choix accorde la
parole aux différents délégués en commutant le bouton
poussoir correspondant. Suite à cette communication la LED du
poste s'allume, le HP se coupe et le délégué a la parole. Pour
annuler la prise de parole appuyer sur la touche d'annulation
, la LED de signalisation s'éteint et le poste retrouve l'état
initial d'écoute.
b. Le fonctionnement du poste président DCP est identique au
poste DCD sauf qu'il bénéficie d'une touche supplémentaire 'P'
lui permettant la prise de parole prioritaire et la coupure de tous
les autres postes. Le poste président n'a pas besoin d'un
bouton poussoir d'autorisation de parole sur le synoptique.

2. CONTROLLED SYSTEM
A controlled system includes a power supply unit AMD CA, a
chairman unit ref DCP and as many as N delegate units ref
DCD and a synoptical. The synoptical is either a standard push
buttons (microprocessor controlled) tailor made panel or a
touch screen (PC 286 + VGA min).
a. Delegate unit ref DCD operation : Pressing the speech
, the signalling LED blinks alongwith the
request button
corresponding light on the synoptical or the square on the touch
screen. The chairman can decide whether to allow the delegate
to speak by pressing the appropriate button on the synoptical or by
touching the screen. The resulting light glows, turning the
delegate's microphone ON and his speaker Off. To turn unit Off,
delegate should press the
Off and the unit to a 'Listen only' state. The chairman may turn ON
any delegate unit without a request while a delegate connot turn
Off his unit as long as the chairman is still holding the circuit open.
b. Chairman unit ref DCP : The operation of the chairman unit is
similar that of the delegate's unit except that it is equipped with an
additional Priority button 'P' allowing the exclusivity of speech by cutting
out all the remaining microphones while pressing on the 'P'
button. A chairman unit is not represented on the synoptical.
