SYSTEME DE CONFERENCE
C - SYNOPTIQUE
Le synoptique nécessaire uniquement en cas de système Dirigé, afin
de visualiser les appels et de permettre la distribution de la parole, peut
être construit :
a) sur un ECRAN TACTILE en utilisant un logiciel MERLAUD et un
PC (VGA min) permettant ainsi la saisie rapide des noms des
participants juste avant le début d'une réunion. Différentes
configurations de salles,préalablement saisies, peuvent être
affichées instantanément.
b) sous forme d'un pupitre avec touches lumineuses montées
selon l'emplacement des sièges dans la salle.

FONCTIONNEMENT
1. SYSTEME NON DIRIGE
Un système de conférence non dirigé sera constitué d'une
alimentation ref AMD CA, d'un poste président ref DCP et de N
postes délégués ref DCD.
a. Postes Délégué ref DCD : Appuyer sur la touche de prise
, la led de signalisation s'allume, le HP se coupe
de parole
et le délégué a la parole. Pour annuler la prise de parole
appuyer sur la touche d'annulation
s'éteint et le poste retrouve l'État initial d'écoute.
b. Le fonctionnement du poste président DCP est identique au
poste DCD sauf qu'il bénéficie d'une touche supplémentaire 'P'
lui permettant la prise de parole prioritaire et la coupure de tous
les autres postes.
c. Le nombre d'intervenants simultanés sera limité selon la
position du sélecteur approprié situé sur la façade avant du
coffret d'alimentation ref AMD CA.

C - SYNOPTICAL
The synoptical, required for Controlled systems to show the
speech requests and to allow the switching, is available by:
a) TOUCH SCREEN unit made of a MERLAUD software and a
PC unit (VGA min) allowing a speedy modification of the
delegates names before a meeting. Different room layout,
previously stored, can be instanteneously recalled.
b) Custom made panel with illuminated push buttons
representing the room layout.

OPERATION
1. NON CONTROLLED SYSTEM
A non controlled system includes a power supply unit AMD CA,
a chairman unit ref DCP and as many as N delegate units ref DCD.
a. Delegate unit ref DCD : Pressing the speech request button
, the signalling LED shall turn ON, the unit speaker is
automatically turned Off and the delegate may speak. To
cancel the request, the
Off and the unit is back to its initial state.
b. Chairman unit ref DCP : The operation of the chairman unit
is similar that of the delegate's unit except that it is equipped
with an additional Priority button 'P' allowing the exclusivity of
speech by cutting out all the remaining microphones while
pressing on the 'P' button.
c. The number of simultaneously speaking delegates can be
limited through the selector switch on the front panel of the
AMD CA unit.
