This light is designed for private use and for use in
normal office environments.
Wear, damage due to improper use or unauthor-
ised modifications and repairs are not covered by
the warranty or the guarantee.
Safety instructions

• Risk of eye damage! Never look directly into the
light source!
• The voltage and mains frequency of your power
supply must match the specifications on the
rating plate of the plug-in adapter.
Ensure that the light can be disconnected from
the power supply at any time.
• Only use the light with the supplied Novus
plug-in adapter!
• Only use the light provided that it is in fault-
less condition, while observing the operating
instructions and the usual regulations, guide-
lines and applicable safety and accident preven-
tion requirements.
Take the light out of service immediately if any
faults occur!
• Only use the light in enclosed spaces at tem-
peratures of 15° to 32° (59°F to 90°F) and with
non-condensing humidity of 15% to 95%!
• Do not use the light in rooms where there is a
risk of explosion!
• The light is not intended for use by persons
(including children) with restricted physical,
sensory or mental capabilities or a lack of expe-
rience and knowledge, unless they are working
under supervision or receive detailed instruc-
tion about how to use the device from a person
who is responsible for safety.
• Protect the light from shocks, impact, moisture
and excessive heat!
Prevent trapped heat!
• The light and packaging material are not toys.
• Only operate the light on undimmed sockets!
• Do not touch the LEDs!
• Ensure the light is standing securely!
If the light tips over it can cause injury or dam-
age.
• Ensure that the connection cable does not pose
any danger. Trip hazard! Do not wind the con-
nection cable around the light.
