Remember to unwrap the rubber tube entirely
before blowing air into it.
Overpressure valves
The PRO 2000 Adv stabilizing jacket is also
equipped with a classic overpressure valve
that guarantees extra dumping of air with a
simple and reliable mechanism. The valve
opens for both excessive pressure inside the
bag (bag completely inflated with a
continuous intake of air and volumetric
expansion) or due to the deliberate pulling of
the cable located near the valve itself (an
operation that is often carried out to
accelerate descent or to rapidly regulate
buoyancy during ascent).
In the PRO 2000 Adv version, this valve is
located on the upper right part of the bag.
As mentioned previously, this overpressure
valve can be activated by pulling the knob at
the end of the cable. It can also be activated
by pulling the cable containment tube
(Drawing 9). This new application allows the
identification of the cable along its entire
length without having to look for the knob
every time.
Volume distribution
The distribution of air volumes is a
"Semiback" type (2/3 rear 1/3 front) with
perfect balance in any phase of diving, from
the surface to the end of the dive itself. The
2/3 rear volume permits absolute freedom of
movement together with the possibility of
making good headway in water while
minimizing drag.
