CHECKING OIL LEVEL

in the long run, if the gaskets are worn or if there are any leaks, it might be necessary to check and restore the oil
level. For this procedure to be performed, the power unit must be removed from the jack. Check the oil level as
follows:
1.Remove the power unit (see "Removing power unit A03843").
2.Place the power unit and keep it upright.
3.Remove oil cap A – DRW. 12 after cleaning the area near it, and making sure that no contaminants are let into
the circuit.
4.Measure the oil level by inserting a clean dipstick, to avoid contaminating the oil. (DWG. 12)
5.The oil level range should be 55 mm ±5 mm (2.2 in ±0.2 in).
