Q: My headset won't charge fully
A: This maybe caused by the headset not getting a good connection to the charging points on the
charger. Make sure the left side earpiece is well connected and right side earpiece shows a red
light. If the connection is poor or disconnects easily by a slight bump please contact JayBird for a
replacement charger within the fi rst year of use.
