When the phone rings, the Q3i will annouce the caller's name.* Wait for the prompt to ask you
if you want to take the call, and then say

support PBAP, or you receive a call from a number that is not in your phonebook, the Q3i will say
"Incoming Call. Answer or Ignore?"
