7 Troubleshooting
Only suitably knowledgeable, qualified professional technicians may perform repairs on the machine!
Malfunction
Machine runs out‐of‐centre
during grinding.
Grinding pattern is uneven.
Battery charge indicator
[22, Fig. C] flashes red.
Grinding drive switches off
during the grinding.
Forward drive does not start.
Remote control mode (wi
thout mains operation) was
interrupted.
Operation indicator light
[21, Fig. C] is no longer lit.
Machine reacts without con
trol.
Cause
Tools are damaged or worn.
Tool has come loose.
Belt is torn.
Drive battery is too weak.
Machine is overloaded.
Faulty power supply.
Ground fault circuit interrupter
(GFCI) at the mains connec
tion (distributor) has triggered.
Batteries in the remote control
unit are empty. Radio connec
tion was interrupted.
Coupling bolts [45, Fig. I] not
engaged completely.
Battery charge indicator

received for 5 minutes, the re

Rectification
Replace tools.
Change type of the tool.
Make sure that the number and arrangement
of the tools are the same.
Tool mounts [51, Fig. O] can be rotated in
dependently of each other: Lower belt needs
to be replaced.
Lower gears [52, Fig. O] can be turned by
hand:
Upper belt needs to be replaced.
Recharge drive battery for at least one hour
