3. Indicator lights

The two upper indicator lights light up when one of the three steam levels is reached. These
three light indicators will be all on when the steam stops.
When there is not enough water in the appliance, the "STOP" light comes on and an internal
red light of the diffuser flashes simultaneously. This indicates that the water level is
insufficient or at zero. In this instance, fill the water tank after having turned the appliance
off.
WARNING: DESPITE THE SAFETY CUT-OUT DEVICE THAT TURNS THE TRANSDUCER OFF,
AVOID LEAVING THE POWER SWITCHED ON TO THE DEVICE WHEN YOU ARE NOT USING IT.
TO STOP THE DIFFUSER COMPLETELY, UNPLUG THE UNIT FROM THE POWER SUPPLY.
V. MAINTENANCE
If the water contains too much mineral, calcium or/and too much magnesium it can leave a
"white powder" in the device. If this scum is deposited on the ceramic disk, the device will
be prevented from operating properly.
The lifetime of the ceramic disk is limited (about 3000 hours). After some time of operation
the device will generate less mist. This is normal wear of the ceramic disk.
We recommend:
1) Use demineralized water and essential oils without alcohol each time.
2) Cleaning the reservoir every 2 days and cleaning the ceramic disk each week.
3) Changing the water in the reservoir regularly. Don't leave it there for more than 2 days.
4) Cleaning the whole diffuser (see the explanation below) and making sure that all the parts
are completely dry when it is not being used.
The device starts to operate with the "continuous
different colors" function.
- Press the "Light" button as many times as you wish to
run through the various colors and stop at the one you
require.
- To return to continuous color operation, press the
"Light" button until no colors are showing and then press
this button once more so that the colors change. The
colors will change as follows: sky blue, light green, green,
sky blue, mauve, red, sky blue, blue, mauve...
