Factors to check
Check the power cord is plugged in
Unplug power cord, re-connect, then power on. If it is still not working,
please unplug again and contact us.
Wait for the water to restore to its normal level
Turn on the water supply valve
Stretch hose until it becomes untwisted
Turn up the water level to a higher setting
Unplug device and re-plug in after 1 minute.
Turn up the water level to higher setting
