OPENING YOUR SAFE FOR THE FIRST TIME
Upon first opening, users should open the safe with the emergency key. The operation in details
refers to "opening the safe with the emergency key".
• Remove emergency lock cover, then insert the emergency key, and turn it counterclockwise.
• Turn the circular handle clockwise to open the door.
CAUTION: Finish operation, pull out the emergency key and keep it in a safe place.

INSERTING THE BATTERIES

• Open the door.
• Insert 4 X AA ba<eries into the ba<ery compartment.
• Under normal condition, if the screen shows "L-BAT" when opening the door, it means the vol-
tage is low and you should insert new batteries.
CAUTION: Replace 4 new batteries by lining them up in a manner as indicated by the "+ "and " -
" signs. You should reset the user's code after replacing the batteries.
OPENING DOOR WITH THE DIGITAL CODE
• Input user's code "1234" or master code "19980818", then press "LOCK", there will be two
beeps, the screen will show "-OPEN-".
• Turn the circular handle clockwise, then the door is open.
• If the code is not correct, there will be three beeps and the screen will show "-ERROR-" when
pressing "LOCK".
