BEFORE FIRST USE

Disassemble the Cutter Housing. Wash the Pusher, Food Tray, Cutter Housing,
Feed Screw, Grinding Dies, Cutting Blade, Cutter Housing Ring Nut, Wrench,
Separator and Sausage Adaptor in warm soapy water. NOTE: Handle the
Cutting Blade with care, it is extremely sharp.
GRINDING
How to Assemble for Grinding
1. Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
2. Place the Feed Screw inside the Cutter Housing. Place the Cutting Blade
onto the Feed Screw with the cutting edges facing out.
NOTE: The square hole in the Cutting Blade must be fitted around
the square on the Feed Screw.
3. Place the Grinding Die over the Cutting Blade. Turn until the Grinding Die
groove fits into the notched edge on the Cutter Housing.
4. Screw on the Cutter Housing Ring Nut until tight against the Grinding
Die. When properly assembled the shaft of the Feed Tube protrudes from
the back of the Cutter Housing.
5. Turn the Locking Nut counterclockwise approximately 2 - 3 turns until
you cannot see the pin of the Locking Nut inside the hole at the front
of the Grinder.
6. Hold the Cutter Housing Assembly in one hand and place it into the unit
at a slight angle toward you. Slowly rotate away from you until it clicks
in the upright position.
7. Tighten the Locking Knob by turning clockwise.
8. Place the Food Tray on top of the Cutter Housing Assembly.
9. Plug unit into 120 Volt A.C. wall outlet.
