Operation - Vicon AURORA 2000 Guide Rapide

There are three monitors for the AurorA2000 system, the spot monitor and two main display monitors. The spot monitor is used as a monitoring station
and does not have the capability of multi-picture display. Use the main display monitors to take advantage of all AurorA2000 features.
Selecting a Monitor
Press Spot Monitor to toggle the monitor selection
between the spot and main display monitors.
Viewing Video in Multi-Picture Display Format
Press to toggle through
DISPLAY
the available display formats.
These formats are shown here:
Viewing Video in Full Screen Display Format
1-16
Press a camera
number key.
Freezing and Restoring Video
For multi-picture display, press the
window number key to unfreeze/freeze
FREEZE
the video in that window.
Recording Video
Simplex
Press the RECORD
button on the VCR

Digital Pan, Tilt and Zoom
1-16 Press a camera number
key to select a camera in
full screen format.
Acknowledging Alarms
When an alarm is active, the LED of
the camera number key will flash and
the buzzer will sound if it is enabled.

zoomed out on a scene,

PTZ mode.

MONITOR
Press a second time to acknowledge this alarm and
ALARM
switch to the next camera with an alarm. When the last alarm is
acknowledged, the original screen display will be restored.
