The 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Polyurethane Reactive (PUR) Easy 250 Adhesive Preheater must be
grounded. If the preheater should malfunction or breakdown, grounding provides a path of
least resistance for electric current to help reduce the risk of electric shock. This preheater is
equipped with a cord having an equipment-grounding conductor and grounding plug. The plug
must be used with an appropriate outlet that is properly installed and grounded in accordance
with all state and local codes and requirements.

The 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ PUR Easy 250 Adhesive Preheater is
intended for use with properly grounded outlets only. Make sure the
preheater is connected to an outlet having the same configurations as
the plug. Do not use an adapter.
