Your keyboard is not connected to another Bluetooth device
• E nsure that your keyboard and the other Bluetooth device are within the maximum
Bluetooth range (10 m).
• O n the device you want to connect with, disconnect all paired devices and try to connect
again.
Bluetooth connection is often disconnected
• I f there are obstacles between the devices, the operating distance may be reduced.
• E nsure that your keyboard and the other Bluetooth device are within the maximum
Bluetooth range (10 m).
• W hen using the keyboard with other Bluetooth devices, the connection may be affected
by electromagnetic waves. Use the keyboard in environments with fewer wireless devices
present.

The battery depletes faster than when first purchased
• W hen you expose the keyboard or the battery to very cold or very hot temperatures, the
useful charge may be reduced.
