BikeWing to BikeBase Options
NOTE: The Stinger or the Y-shaped base of the BikeWing
can be inserted into the BikeBase receiver tube, depending
on wing height concerns and other clearance or height
issues.
1. Attach the BikeWing Stinger (Fig.2) or the BikeWing
Y-shaped base (Fig.3) to the receiver tube of the BikeBase
with a NoMotion pin and washers. Install the split lock
washer first and then the flat washer onto the NoMotion
pin.
NOTE: The flat washer is placed against the BikeBase
surface, while the split lock washer is in contact with the
bolt head.
2. Securely tighten the NoMotion pin with a
wrench until the split lock washer is fully compressed.
MAKE SURE THE NOMOTION PIN IS PROPERLY
TIGHTENED BEFORE INSTALLING ADDITIONAL
JACK-IT COMPONENTS AND CARGO AND BEFORE
BEGINNING TRANSIT.
3. Insert the hairpin cotter pin through the hole at the end
of the NoMotion pin.
