5. GENERAL OPERATING RULES

5.1 OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

For correct use of the machine, the operator should (see fig. 5 and 6):
a) Turn the main switch (QS) to position "I" to electrically power the machine.
b) Turn on the main switch (3). It will light up and the pump will start the filling operation.
c) The pump will automatically stop at the end of the filling phase.
d) The indicator light (1) will come on when the heating element unit starts operating until the pressure
reading on the pressure gauge is between 4 and 5 bar. The optimum time for reaching the correct
pressure is about 15 minutes after which the heating elements and switch light (1) will automatically
switch off.
e) As soon as the indicator light (1) goes out, the operator can begin the table steaming action at any
time by means of the pedal (6).
f) Switch (2) is used to activate or deactivate the operation of the aspirator during the processing cycle.
Once activated it can be operated at any moment by means of the pedal (5).
Switch (4) allows the iron socket to be activated.
