To restore the default audio path, while holding down [TRANSPOSE SELECT], press the C4 key.
6.8 PANIC FUNCTION
The Panic function allows you to instantly silence all the notes that are currently playing. This function is to be
used if, due to reasons unrelated to the instrument (mainly electrical disturbances or duplicated notes from
MIDI IN), it is no longer possible to turn off one or more notes. To recall this function, while pushing the
[TRANSPOSE SELECT] button, press the C6 key on the keyboard.
6.9 CANCEL FUNCTION
While holding down the [TRANSPOSE SELECT] button and pressing [SET A/SET B], the LED lights red, the
Cancel function is activated, i.e. the Local Off of the instrument, through which it is possible to disable the
internal sound generation and allowing you to use the instrument as a master keyboard. In this mode, the
keyboard is sensitive to the strenght applied to the keys, so that notes transmitted by the [MIDI OUT 1] and
[MIDI OUT 2] ports will have variable velocity. Press [SET A/SET B] again to return to the internal sound
generation.
6.10 LAYER FUNCTION
In order to send out notes with variable velocity through the [MIDI OUT 1] and [MIDI OUT 2] ports while at the
same time playing with the internal sound generation (that is, without enabling the Cancel function described in
chap.6.10), activate the Layer function. To do so, press and hold the [TRANSPOSE SELECT] button and press
one of these four keys: D#3 to activate the function on the lower manual; C#3 to deactivate it on the lower
manual; E3 to activate the function on the upper manual; D3 to disable the function on the upper manual.
NB
In Layer mode you will have notes that will start playing on the second contact of the keyboard keys (so slightly later).
6.11 FACTORY RESET
This function allows you to reset the Presets, the initial panel status (if modified through the procedure
described at the beginning of chapter 4) and the functions recalled through the keyboard (see chap.7.1), any
parameters modified with
To do this, turn the instrument on with the [LOWER PRESET 1], [LOWER PRESET 2] and [ROTARY
