GROUNDED PLUG
To reduce the risk of electric shock this appliance has a grounded plug.
(2 blades and 1 pin) If the plug does not fit fully into the electrical outlet
contact a qualified electrician. Do not modify the plug in any way or use
an adaptor.

DESCRIPTION OF PARTS

1. Lid
2. Skillet
3. Temperature Control Probe
4. Temperature Dial
5. Indicator Light
6. Tilt Lid Tab
7. Lid Holder Slot

BEFORE FIRST USE

1. Wash the Skillet and Lid in warm, soapy water to remove any residue
from the manufacturing process. Rinse and dry thoroughly. DO NOT
IMMERSE THE PROBE IN ANY LIQUID.
2. Season the non-stick surface by wiping a teaspoon of cooking oil over
the entire interior surface. Let oil remain on the surface for a few minutes
then wipe with a paper towel. The Skillet is now ready to use.
HOW TO USE
1. Place the Skillet on a flat, level, heat-resistant surface. NEVER PLACE IT
OVER A HOT STOVE OR IN AN OVEN.
2. Plug Probe into Skillet and then into nearest 120 volt A.C. wall outlet.
3. Set the Temperature Dial to the required temperature. When the Indicator
Light goes out, the Skillet is preheated to the correct temperature and
ready for use. The Indicator Light will continue to blink on and off as the
Skillet maintains the correct temperature.
