• HOW T O U SE Y OUR H UMIDIFIER
Take the appliance out of the packaging and carefully remove all the plastic and
o
cardboard p arts.
Place the humidifier on a level and waterproof surface. Make sure it is on a secure
o
footing. You must maintain a safety distance of at least 1.2 metres from other
objects.
The humidifier must not be connected to the mains whilst you are filling the water
o
reservoir.
Lift t he w ater r eservoir ( 2) o ut o f t he l ower p art ( 6).
o
Place t he w ater r eservoir ( 2) o n i ts h ead a ns u nscrew t he f ilter i nsert ( 3).
o
Fill the reservoir with clean, cold water. Afterwards screw the filter insert (3) firmly
o
back o n.
Turn t he r eservoir b ack o ver a gain a nd p lace i t i n t he a ppliance.
o
Wait f or a round 1 5 m inutes b efore s tarting u p t he h umidifier, s o t hat t he w ater c an
o
flow t hrough t he f ilter ( 3) i nto t he w ater s torage c ontainer ( 6).
Connect t he a ppliance t o t he m ains a nd p ress t he O n/Off s witch ( A) t o " ON".
o
Using the switch for the humidifiersettings (D), you can select from 3 different
o
positions.
By p ressing t he n ight l ight s witch ( B), y ou c an s witch o n t he l ighting f unction w ith 7
o
different colours. The colours change automatically. By pressing the night light
switch ( B) a gain, y ou t urn t his l ighting f unction o ff.
With t he T imer ( C) y ou c an s elect f rom 3 d ifferent l engths o f t ime ( press o nce f or 2
o
hours / p ress t wice f or 4 h ours / p ress t hree t imes f or 8 h ours / p ress f our t imes t o
switch o ff). I f t he T imer i s s witched o ff, t he h umidifier w ill s imply c ontinue r unning.
As soon as the water reservoir is empty, the Fill water reservoir indicator (E) lights
o
up. Turn off the appliance with the On/Off button (A) and unplug the appliance
from t he s ocket.
When in normal mode, the appliance can be turned off by pressing the On/Off
o
switch ( A).
Caution: A fter y ou h ave f inished u sing t he h umidifier, y ou s hould a lways e mpty t he
o
water l eft i n t he r eservoir.
