 HOW TO USE YOUR HUMIDIFIER
o
Take the humidifier out of the packaging and remove all of the plastic and card-
board.
o
Place the humidifier on a flat, even and waterproof surface. Make sure it is in a sta-
ble position. For safety reasons, the humidifier must be at least 1.2 m away from
other objects.
o
The humidifier must not be plugged into the mains when you are filling the water
tank.
o
Remove the cover (1) and remove the water tank (3) out of the machine by using
the handle.
o
Turn the water tank (3) upside down and unscrew the lid for the tank (4).
o
-Now fill the tank with clean water which must not be warmer than 40°C. Then
screw the lid firmly back on.
o
Turn the tank the right way up again and place it inside the appliance.
o
To release fragrances or oils into the room with the hot air, put the product into the
diffuser (12) and place it in the steam pipe (5). Close the top cover (1).
o
Plug the humidifier into the mains and press the On/Off switch (10) to "ON". The
indicator lamp (9) will light up.
o
After 3 to 5 minutes, the humidifier will have warmed up the water sufficiently to
produce steam.
o
Using the control knob (11) you can choose if you want to have a normal ("NOR-
MAL" position) or lower output of steam ("ECO" position).
o
As soon as the water tank is empty, the humidifier will automatically turn off and
the fill level indicator light (8) for the water will light up. Turn the humidifier off us-
ing the On/Off switch (10) and wait for it to cool down before refilling it with water.
o
The humidifier can be turned off during normal use by pressing the On/Off switch
(10).
o
Note: After you have used the dehumidifier, the remaining water should always be
emptied. But please wait until the appliance has cooled down.
 CLEANING AND CARE
o
Pull the plug out before carrying any work out on the appliance!
o
Never immerse the appliance in water. Never let running water flow into the
steam outlet (2).
o
Only wipe the body of the humidifier on the outside with a damp cloth. Never use
sharp or abrasive cleaning agents.
o
The water tank and the steam pipe (6) can be rinsed out with cold water and then
dried well.
