Troubleshooting
Ÿ No sound and image: check power supply and if the device is on
Ÿ No image: the inserted disc is scratched / AV input is disconnected
Ÿ No sound: check volume level
Ÿ Black screen: incorrect setup of screen brightness and contrast / the power voltage is
too low
Ÿ Blurry or unstable image: the inserted disc is scratched
Ÿ Image with color cast: low video signal / incorrect image setup
Ÿ No power: wrong power voltage / blown fuse
Ÿ No image after loading disc: only audio files / the inserted disc is scratched / wrong
disc format
Ÿ Unstable sound: the inserted disc is scratched or dirty
