PROGRAM
For entering the factory set up menu operate as follows:
a) turn off machine , with the on/off key
b) within 6 seconds enter the following password:
- Long Cycle key
- Short Cycle key
- Long Cycle key
- Short Cycle key
- Medium Cycle key
- Medium Cycle key
- Medium Cycle key
c) When the 6 seconds expire the display lights up , showing first parameter , P00
d) Select parameter to be changed or browsed with the Long Cycle key (for incrementing ) or
with the Medium Cycle key ( for decrementing ). By holding the key for 1 second the fast
incrementing/decrementing function is activated.
e) Browse the current value of selected parameter by the Short Cycle key
f) Modify the parameter's value with the Long Cycle key (for incrementing ) , or the Medium
Cycle key ( for decrementing ). By holding the key for one second the fast incrementing/
Decrementing function is activated.
g) Confirm the new value with the Short Cycle key, thus returning back to the parameter select
ion level ( step d)
h) When done , exit from the factory set up menu , by the on/off key
DIAGNOSTICS
The system can detect and display the following faults
1) E01: faulty boiler temperature probe
2) E02: faulty tank temperature probe
3) E03: water load time out ( exceeding value of P21 )
4) E04: boiler heating time out ( exceeding value of P19)
5) E05 : tank heating time out ( exceeding value of P20 )
6) E06 : drain time out ( exceeding value of P22 )
7) E07 : tank level switches are swapped ( low with high )
8) E08 : boiler temperature above 101 °C .
9) E09 : tank temperature above 80 °C .
