5.1. Maintenance of the components of the machine
5.1.1. MAINTENANCE OF THE BLADE
- Clean the blade with a dry cloth after every use.
- Apply a coat of kitchen oil around the edge of the blade (Figure 1.9) with a clean
and dry.
- Sharpen the blade often, as shown in section 6. Sharpening the blade.
5.1.2. LUBRICATING THE GUIDE
- Push the carriage support (Figure 1.4) to one side and clean the grease marks
from the guide with a dry cloth.
- Apply lubricant to the surface guide and spread it with a cloth.
- We recommend you do this every week.
5.1.3. LUBRICATING THE SUPPORT HANDLE SHAFT
- Clean the shaft of the Support handle (Figure 1.3) with a dry cloth.
- Apply lubricant to the two parts of the shaft and pull the handle up and down to
distribute the lubricant evenly.
- We recommend you do this every week.
5.1.4. LUBRICATING THE SHARPENER
- Clean the shaft of the sharpener and apply lubricant to both parts of the shaft.
5.1.5. LUBRICATING THE ADJUSTABLE CUTTING PLANE
- Turn the regulating control (Figure1.6) until the adjustable cutting plane (Figure
1.8) is completely open.
- Apply lubricant to both parts of the shaft
- Turn and slide the shaft to distribute the lubricant evenly.
5.2. Maintenance of the meat slicer assembly
5.2.1. MAINTENANCE REGULATIONS
For the cleaning and maintenance of the machine or the replacement of parts, you
must unplug the machine.
