Appendix B Warranty

Hanwha Solutions guarantees that the purchased Q CELLS products are
free from defects in materials or workmanship for normal use during the
warranty period. Buyers are entitled to hardware warranty service if a
repair is required within the Limited Warranty Period.
Limited Warranty Period
Hanwha Solutions provides a 15-year warranty on
Q.HOME CORE H4 / A4 / H5 / A5.
The term of this Limited Warranty for the Customer begins on the initial
installation date.
Full warranties in accordance with the warranty terms of the Q CELLS
sales organisation of your respective country.
Refer to the full warranty document for details of the terms and conditions.

Limitation of Liability

This warranty only covers failures or malfunctions that result from
demonstrable material or workmanship defects or occur under normal
use conditions during the warranty period.
The warranty will not apply if:
• The product is not installed or operated in accordance with the manual
for their intended purposes.
• The product is incorrectly installed or commissioned.
• The product is damaged by an accident, natural disaster, intentional or
accidental misuse, abuse, neglect or improper maintenance, abnormal
use condition or act of God.
• The product is modified, altered, or operated with other components
not approved by Q CELLS.
• The product is physically damaged (e.g. damage from falls or
transportation).
• The product is damaged by force majeure (e.g. flash of lightning,
overvoltage, storm, fire).
• The product is treated improperly or negligently in an inappropriate way
(including the use in non-recommended ambient conditions).
