Switch on the microphone with the
on/off switch (12).
Adjust the desired transmission curve
with the filter switch on the microphone
shaft.
Should static noise be audible during
pauses between speaking or if the
microphone is switched off, turn the
squelch controller (7) clock-wise until
the noise is dampened.
Handling
• Never plug in the device immediately if it has been brought in from a cold area to a
warm area. The developing condensation could possibly destroy the device.
• Let the unplugged device come to room temperature. Wait for the condensation to
evaporate.
• The power plug may never be plugged or unplugged with wet hands.
• Never pull the power adapter from the outlet by the cable, rather always pull from
the outlet holding the housing of the power adapter.
• Pull the power plug from the outlet during longer periods of disuse.
• To ensure proper ventilation, there must be a free space of 5cm around the hous-
ing. Also air circulation may not be obstructed by newspapers, table cloths, cur-
tains, etc.

The status display (11) on the micro-
phone shines briefly and then turns off.
The SIGNAL (2) display on the receiver
shines to show that the radio link is acti-
vated.
Speak into the microphone at a normal
volume for this adjustment.
As soon as you speak into the micro-
phone, the AUDIO (3) display shines on
the receiver in phase with your speach.
Adjusting the squelch controller (7) influ-
ences the range of the system. The fur-
ther the controller is turned, the shorter
the system range becomes.
The output position for this adjustment
should always be turned to the leftmost
controller position.
Plug the low level voltage plug of the
enclosed power adapter with the power
socket (4) of the receiver.
Plug the power adapter into a house-
hold wall outlet.
Connect the audio device connected to
the receiver to the power supply.
Lay the connection cable loosely as
shown in the following image. You can
thereby avoid unwanted unplugging of
the connection plug.
