IMPORTANT: When you first use the appliance, during the first few minutes, you may
notice smoke and a slight smell, as well as a faint buzzing. This is normal and should not
be cause for any worry.
USE
• Turn on Rolly Curl using the ON/OFF switch.
• Rolly Curl has a pre-set temperature of 200°C
• Press the [+] and [-] buttons to select the temperature you desire. The temperature LED
will light and will flash until the selected temperature is reached. A steady red light
indicates that Rolly Curl has reached the working temperature.
• After use, turn off Rolly Curl by pressing the switch
the appliance and leave it to cool in a safe place before putting it away.
• For greater safety, Rolly Curl automatically switches off when it has not been used for
60 minutes
TEMPERATURE ADJUSTMENT:
HAIR TYPE
Fine or treated hair – Fragile hair
Normal, easy to treat hair
Thick and heavy hair – Coarse-textured
We always recommend starting at the lowest temperature level and then increasing,
STYLING
• Pick up Rolly Curl.
• Press the [reset] button to return the clip to the correct position.
• Separate a section of hair and fix the end of it to the iron using the clip.
• Press the [L] (left) or the [R](right) button to choose the direction of the curl.
Keep pressing the button until the lock is completely wrapped around the iron.
• Release the rotation button and leave the wand in position until you have achieved the
desired effect (we recommend a time no longer than 10 seconds).
• Open the clip and release the hair by pulling out the iron.
• Before starting on the next section, press the [reset] button again to return the clip to
the correct position.
• For a more natural effect, work on larger sections.
MAINTAINING ROLLY CURL:
General cleaning
• Before cleaning the appliance, always disconnect the plug from the mains socket and
leave it until it has fully cooled down.
• To avoid all risk of electric shock, do not clean the appliance with water and do not dip
it into water.
• Do not use abrasive solutions or concentrated detergents.
- The outer part of the appliance may be cleaned with a damp lint-free cloth.
- The heating plates may be cleaned with a damp cloth and a mild detergent. Then
carefully dry the whole appliance.
GUARANTEE
The guarantee is valid according to the terms of the law currently in force; it comes into
effect from the date of purpose and includes the costs of repair. The guarantee is valid
only upon presentation of the coupon with the rubber stamp and signature of the retai-
ler and must indicate the date of purchase. The date given on the receipt/invoice is accep-
ted as proof. The guarantee covers quality defects of the appliance that can be attributed
to materials or manufacture. Gamma Più undertakes to repair or replace free of charge
any parts that within the period of guarantee may prove in its judgement not to be ef-
ficient due to material or manufacturing defects.
CAUTION
The Guarantee is forfeited if it is found that the purchaser has attempted to repair the
appliance or if it has been tampered with by unauthorised personnel.
THE GUARANTEE DOES NOT COVER:
• Damage caused by non-compliant use, improper treatment or breakage during trans-
port.
• Damage caused by failure to observe the instructions for use.
• Damage caused by use of the appliance with incorrect mains voltage.
• Appliances on which accessories made by other manufacturers have been fitted.
• Parts subject to normal wear.
