Ensure the robot vacuum cleaner is switch on.
Check if the charging station is properly connected to the power
source and if the indicator light is on.
Clean the charging contacts of the robot and the charging station
pins with a soft, dry and clean cloth.
Check if the robot charging contacts and the charging stations
pins are properly align.
Carefully clean the sensors and the front bumper with a soft, dry
and clean cloth.
Check the front bumper and remove any debris that may have
been trapped or locked underneath.
Clean and check if the wheels are not blocked with foreign objects
and if they move freely.
Switch the device off and on again.
Check if the battery charging level is too low.
Check whether the robot vacuum cleaner is stuck or blocked by
an obstacle.
Check the brushes and wheels of the robot and remove any debris
or other materials that may be stuck.
If the problem persists, switch the device off, wait a few seconds,
and turn it on again.
Certain components of the robot vacuum cleaner can be blocked
with hair, dirt and other materials.
Check and clean the front bumper, side brushes, main brush,
wheels.
Check if the dust container, water tank, side brushes, main brush,
