Why is my iron leaking water?
*Boiler has not been primed, see top of page 5 for instructions
*Power switch indicator light is on while pushing the steam button, wait for indicator light to
go out before ironing
*The iron may be overfilled, depress steam button a few times to steam out excess water
*Ensure the steam dial is turned all the way counter clockwise
to the off position
*Iron safety cap may not be tight enough
*The iron is cooling down due to not using the iron immediately after the power switch indi-
cator light shuts off (As a safety feature the Eurosteam® will automatically drop temperature
after approximately 1-2 minutes of non-usage, holding the steam button down until the in-
dicator light comes on and wait for the power switch indicator light to shut off and it is once
again ready for use immediately)
Why do I have to empty my iron after every use?
You should empty your iron after each use. This will ensure that when you use the iron next,
it will not be overfilled and any remaining water inside your iron may calcify inside the iron.
This will require you to clean your iron more frequently.
What water do I use to fill the iron?

How do I get continuous (non stop) steam?
To make your iron steam continuously (non stop), you will have to turn the dial all the way
clockwise to the right. Keep in mind this method is strictly optional and will allow the iron
to go through steam more quickly than non continuous steam mode. Please note: All of our
live demonstrations are using the non continuous/ steam on demand steam mode. We also
recommend to use this setting to empty the internal boiler.
How do I get bursts of steam as demonstrated?
To achieve bursts of steam and extend the water in the tank set your steam dial in the off
position, turning counter
clockwise. Depress the center steam button to release a burst of
pressurized steam.
Why does my iron run out of steam quickly?
When you use the iron on continuous steam, your tank of water will last approximately 8-11
minutes. We do suggest to use your steam button only, on non continuous/steam on de-
mand. Two seconds of depressing the button produces four (4) to eight (8) good seconds of
steam projections. By pressing this button intermittently (once every 5-10 seconds) this will
allow you to get just as much steam as if your continuous/non stop steam is on. Once you
have mastered this, you will never go back to any other iron!
