6. APPLICATION

These catering units are designed for the daily display and storage of food destined for immediate consumption
in public places such as hotels, restaurants, trattorias, pizza-houses, delicatessens and supermarkets.
Any uses for the purpose are not permitted as they are considered dangerous for the user of the machine
and for the machine itself.

7. MACHINE DESCRIPTION

These catering units are designed as follows:
• machine srtucture and base made of solid painted wood, the "DROP-IN" model's base is a stainless steel sheet
metal;
• inside tray made of satin-finish AISI 304 stainless steel insulated with expanded polyurethane resins;
• canopy temperated glass complete with internal lighting controlled by switch;
• handle for opening and closing the canopy, if not fixed;
