NSTALLATION
Angle Mounting
1. Ensure the Mounting Angle Setting Levers are ajusted to the set angle on both sides of the unit
Suspended Mounting
When installing the unit in the trunk under the rear window shelf, observe the following;
1. Ensure the unit is suspended in the horizontal position. Do not mount the unit upside down, or
facing down at an angle.
2. Ensure the mounting of the unit will not hinder the movement of the trunk lid, torsion bars, etc.

WIRING THE SYSTEM

CAUTION: Before installation, disconnect the battery negative (-) terminal to

prevent damage to the unit, fire and/or possible injury.
1. Connect the CD Changer to a source unit using the 8-pin DIN cable provided.
NOTE: Use only the supplied 8-pin DIN cable. Using a unspecified cable may cause the unit to
operate eratically or not at all.
