1.1 - BARman
system
The BARman
is an easy data collecting system composed of:
- a portable data entry device with its own clock ( BARman
- an interface unit (BIU, BEI or CIU),
- a communication software for DOS, Windows
- a BARman
programming software (AXEL).
The BARman
is designed to record dated information related to the user's
daily activities which will be processed by a computer. The interface units and
the communication software allows to transfer the BARman's data into the
computer.
1.2 - Operating manual
The use of the BARman
, it's interfaces and software is explained in several
manuals:
Volume 1 :
This one, is the operating manual which describe the BARman
and its firmware.
Volume 2 :
The interface manual describes the BIU, BEI, CIU, ILS232, ILS
422 et ILM interfaces and their installation.
Volume 3 :
The user manual describes the communication software AXS for
MS-DOS and AxBComm32 for Windows95
Volume 4 :
The BARmanager user's manual describes the BARman
programs for Windows

Volume 5 :
The programming manual describes the programming of
/ BARman Laser and the use of the AXEL / AXELE
BARman
compiler for DOS and Windows95
Volume 7 :
The user manual describes the BARman Laser and its firmware
AXEL operating system.
Volume 8 :
The programming manual describes how to program BARman
Laser using C language.
