Warranty Support

Standard with each Silicon Graphics 1600SW flat panel monitor is a
three-year, return-to-factory limited warranty on the monitor and a
one-year limited warranty on the backlight.
Certain business or application environments may require coverage
beyond what is provided in the standard warranty program. As part
of the support portfolio, Silicon Graphics offers affordable warranty
service upgrades to provide technical expertise where and when you
need it.
Silicon Graphics NEXT BUSINESS DAY coverage provides onsite
remedial hardware service and Field Change Orders (FCOs) during
normal business hours. Silicon Graphics provides all labor and
materials required, including either new or refurbished parts.
• 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday coverage, excluding
locally observed Silicon Graphics holidays.
• Next business day response
Silicon Graphics SAME DAY coverage provides onsite service similar
to NEXT BUSINESS DAY coverage, with the following additional
benefits:
• 4 hour response time, if located within 100 miles of designated
Servicing location
• Remedial maintenance will be performed until the problem is
resolved.
