OPERATION
1.
To seat the cleaning brush in the grooves, set the polishing pad holder lift arm in the
"up" position (see Figure 9).
2.
Attach the warning sign to the crossbar handle (see Figure 5).
3.
Plug in the power cord at the machine receptacle first; then, plug the cord into the
nearest rated outlet.
4.
Prior to starting the escalator/moving sidewalk, review Steps 2 – 11 on pages
13 – 16.
5.
Turn on the TreadMaster's power switch (see Figure 4).
6.
Turn on the escalator and again make sure the direction of travel is away from the
TreadMaster.
For first-time cleaning, HydraMaster recommends that the unit be allowed to run
for 1 hour for optimum results.
