Battery Change - SANUSLIFE ORP METER Mode D'emploi

• The ORP value displayed is only an indicative value
which can differ from the actual value depending on
the conditions of the ORP sensor (8).
MAINTENANCE:
• Even slight deposits on the ORP sensor (8) can neg-
atively influence the measured value. If necessary,
immerse the ORP sensors (8 and 8a) in the electrode
storage liquid (B) for 1 minute. Then carefully sand
the surface of the ORP sensors (8 and 8a) with the
ORP sensor cleaning paper (C) and a little water
(carefully unscrew the protective cover for the ORP
sensor (9) for this purpose).
• To prolong the operating life of the ORP electrode
module (6), the ORP sensor (8) must always remain
immersed in a sufficient amount of electrode storage
solution (B).
• If possible, the electrode storage solution (B) in its
specific container (7) should be refilled after each
use.
• Replace the battery as soon as the display (2) be-
comes weaker, flashes, or switches off on its own
shortly after the meter is turned on. Battery type: 2
3-Volt lithium batteries CR2032.

BATTERY CHANGE:

1. Unscrew the battery compartment cap (1).
2. Insert 2 new batteries (3-Volt lithium batteries
CR2032). Observe the correct polarity!
3. Replace the battery compartment cap (1) and screw
it on tightly.
CONTROL OF THE ORP ELECTRODE MODULE:
To test the functioning of the ORP electrode module (6),
use an ORP test solution (for example, Hanna's HI7021M
240 mV ORP Test Solution).
REPLACEMENT OF THE ORP ELECTRODE MODULE:
1. Unscrew the ORP electrode collar (5).
2. Carefully remove the ORP electrode module (6).
3. Carefully insert the new ORP electrode module (6)
into the ORP meter socket.
4. Replace the ORP electrode collar (5) and screw it
tightly in place.
