ATTENZIONE:
PRIMA 01 INIZIARE IL LAVORO ESEGUIRE UN
LAVAGGIO DEI COMPONENTIINTERNI SEGUENDO
LE ISTRUZIONI SOTIOINDICATE:
GRUPPI
- Agganciare i portafiltri ai gruppi (senza caffe).
• Eseguire erogazioni per circa un minuto, per ogni gruppo.
ACQUA CALDA
- Erogare ripelulamente acqua calda (azionando il relativo comando) sino a
prelevare almeno 51itri per macchina a 2 gruppi, 81itri per macchina a 3
gruppi.
VAPORE
- Erogare vapore dalle lance per circa un minuto, usando i relativi comandi.
NB. per eseguire le operazioni sopra riportate vedere le istruzioni riportate
nei capitoli EROGAZIONE .....
ATTENTION:
L'INSTALLATION ET AVANT OE COMMENCER A
UTllISER LA MACHINE, EFFECTUER UN LAVAGE
DES COMPOSANTS INTERNES EN SUIVANT LES
INDICATIONS REPORTEES CI-APRES.
GROUPES:
- fixer les porte-filtres aux groupes (sans cafe);
- faire couler I'eau par chaque groupe pendant 1 minute environ.
EAU CHAUDE:
- Debiter de fac;:on repetee de I'eau chaude (en enclenchant la commande
correspondanle) jusqu'a ce que vous ayez preleve au moins 5litres par
machine a 2 groupes, 81itres par machine a 3 groupes.
VAPEUR:
- Faire sortir la vapeur des tuyaux pendant environ une minute, en ulilisanl
ses propres louches de commande.

instruClions

- Erogarvapor de laslanzas duranIe aproximadamenle un minulo, usando los
mandos correspondientes.
NOTA: para efecluar la erogaci6n de agua, agua calienle y vapor ver las
Inslrucciones en el MANUAL OE USO Y MANUTENCION.

COMENZAR
COFFEE DISPENSERS:
- Connect the (empty) filter-holders to lhe dispenser units .
- Dispense water from each dispenser for .about one minute.
HOTWATER:
- Dispense hol waler repeatedly (using the relative command) until at least
5 liters of waler from the 2-group machine, 8 liters of water from the
3-group machine.
STEAM:
• Allow the steam to f10w through the nozzles for approximately one
minute, using the appropriate commands.
NOTE: See the inslructions in lhe USE and MAINTENANCE MANUAL for
dispensing waler, hol waler and steam.
TERMINEE
FUNKTIONSEINHEITEN:
- Die Filterhaller in die Einheilen einrasten (ohne Kaffee).
- Aus jeder Einheit etwa 1 Minule lang Wasser ausströmen lassen.
WARMES WASSER:
- Wiederholl (über den enlsprechenden Steuerbefehl) Heißwasser
auslreten lassen, bis bei Maschinen mit 2 Abgabeeinheiten wenigstens 5
Liter, bei Maschinen mit 3 Abgabeeinheilen wenigstens 8 Liter.
DAMPF:
- Führen Sie den Zyklus zur Wasserdampfabgabe etwa eine Minute lang
durch, indem Sie wiederholt die entsprechenden Tasten drücken.
Nebenbemerkung: In dieser Gebrauchs- und Wartungsanleitung wird
