15 - Decommissioning and scrapping
Divide the various parts of the unit up for scrapping and/or recycling in compliance with local laws and in full respect of the
environment. No part making up the unit should be disposed of as normal urban waste, except for those metal parts that are
not considered "special waste" in the majority of countries of destination. The components of the refrigerating circuit (i.e.
cooling gas and lubricating oils) must not be disposed of freely in the environment, but sent to specialised waste recovery
centres.
16 - Manufacturer's statement (Start-up prohibition)
The above models are also built to be assembled in-line with other items of machinery to produce a machine, as defined by
EEC Directive 89/392.
Therefore, the Manufacturer hereby states that it is not permitted to start the unit up until the machine in which it is
incorporated or will become a part of has been identified and its compliance with the provisions of EEC Directive 89/392
and applicable national laws has been stated. In other words, until the machine referred to in this statement becomes one
with the final machine.
17 – Multiplexing instruction
Multiplexing instruction Genius line-up (FIG. 17 page 5)
1) The side adjusting profiles item no. 670443 and the holders for the top canopy item no. 670949 are already
mounted.
2) Remove the top canopies, the bumper rail and the front decoration trim.
3) Align the multidecks and level them by adjusting the feet.
4) Join the cabinets using the fitting screws and die-cast brackets.
5) Insert the item no. 670446 inside the canopies, in order to keep them aligned.
6) Assemble the top canopies.

- Align the multidecks and level them by adjusting the feet.
- Assemble the profile of the top decoration trim in the header cabinet, as per Ref. No. 1.
- Join the cabinets (Ref. No. 2), align the basin of the cabinets to the back part of the header.
- Assemble the top canopy as per Ref. No. 3.
- Remove the back panel (Ref. No. 6) and screw the screws in the uprights as per Ref. No. 7.

Position the profiles that close the bottom trim
- Assemble the top grid between the cabinets, as per Ref. No. 8.

- Align the multidecks and level them by adjusting the feet.
- Assemble the bottom spacer.
- Assemble the top plate to join the cabinets.
- Assemble the middle adjusting profile.
- Assemble the top grid between the cabinets.

- Align the multidecks and level them by adjusting the feet.
- Assemble the profile of the top decoration trim in the header cabinet, as per Ref. No. 1.
- Join the cabinets under the bumper rail, as per Ref. No. 2.
- Assemble the top canopy as per Ref. No. 3.
- Remove the back panel (Ref. No. 4) and screw the screws in the uprights as per Ref. No. 5.
- Assemble the top grid between the cabinets, as per Ref. No. 6.

- Align the multidecks and level them by adjusting the feet.
- Assemble the bottom spacer, item no. 670954.
- Assemble the top plate to join the cabinets, item no. 670962.
- Assemble the bottom plate to the middle adjusting profile (code no. 670950 for Genius H125 and no. 670951 for Genius
H145) and screw them under the bottom part of the basin.
- Assemble the handrail, item no. 670964.
- Assemble the bumper rail holder and the bumper rail, item no. 670965.
- Assemble the top grid between the cabinets.
