OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS.
1. Peel off the protective film inside and outside the filter.
2. Before welding, the filter screen is in a transparent and clear state, allowing a clear view
of the workpiece when starting to weld, it automatically changes from light to dark.
3. When you stop welding, the filter screen automatically changes from dark to light.
4. Set the operating mode, with selector F, for welding in WELD and for grinding in GRIND;
While operating in this mode, the filter does not react to the welding arc and must
therefore be kept away from its action.
5. Select the level of darkening appropriate to the welding process and level of welding
current selected, for which you can consult the attached table 1.
6. To adjust the sensitivity level, stop welding, adjust the sensitivity level to maximum until
the filter blinks. Then adjust the sensitivity level a little lower.
7. Setting the delay time. Select the time it should take for the filter to go from dark to light
after stopping the weld.
8. Adjust the harness: see steps according to figure 1.
A) Put the helmet on the head, turn the roulette counterclockwise to increase the circumference
of the headband or turn it clockwise to decrease it.
B) Adjust the depth of the helmet to the best position.
C) Adjust the distance between the helmet and your face.
D) Adjust the angle limiting position of the helmet.
