Do not expose the product to rain or moisture. Water ingress into electronic elements
will increase the risk of protect fault and electrical shock.
PERSONAL SAFETY.
•
Stay alert, look what you are doing and use common sense when wearing welding
helmet. Do not use welding helmet if you are tired or under the influence of alcohol,
drugs and medication. A moment of distraction can result in serious injury to the eyes.
•
Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry which may get caught in moving
parts.
•
Avoid work positions that could expose unprotected areas of the body to spark,
spatter, direct and7or reflected radiations. Use adequate protection if exposure
cannot be avoided.
BEFORE WELDING.
•
Check the front cover lens to make sure they are clean, and no dirt is covering the
sensor on the front of filter cartridge.
•
Check the front/inside cover lens and the front lens retaining frame to make sure that
they are secure.
•
Inspect all operating parts before each use for signs of wear or damage. Any scratched,
cracked or pitted parts should be replaced immediately before using again to avoid
severe personal injury.
•
Check for light tightness before each use.

The auto-darkening welding helmet PE903XL / PE904XL is of completely new design,
with Shell material high and low temperatura resistant. Corrosión resistance, flame
retardant, soft, light tight, intensity high and durable.

Clear visión on the work piece both prior and during welding, which means improved

Overall process protection against ultraviolet (UV) and infrared (IR) radiation.

The welding helmet is equipped with photovoltaic cell and a lithium battery easily to
be replaced when necessary.
