Cause Remedy
Replace the disc
Insert a movie disc
Clean the disc
Reset DVD
Eject the disc by pressing the Eject button and
reinsert the disc correctly
Cancel the parental lock or change the rating
level
Wait for 1 hour until the condensation or
damp has disappeared
Turn the DVD-player on
Press the Pause button to continue playing
the DVD
Turn the DVD-player on
Insert a disc with a sound movie
Press the Pause button again to continue playing
the DVD
Turn the ACC Power on
Contact your authorized retailer
Turn the volume adjustment control
Turn the headphone on
Replace the battery
Insert a battery
Insert the battery correctly
