1.0 Einbau und Inbetriebnahme
1.1 Allgemeine Hinweise

Vor dem Einbau Betriebsanleitung lesen.
Beim Einbau ist auf korrekte Betriebslage zu
achten >> Abb 1.

Für seitlichen Einbau Pfeil "Oben" auf Typenschild
beachten. Der Schwimmer muss sich frei über den
ganzen Weg bewegen können und darf nicht durch
Tankwände oder Tankeinbauten behindert werden.

Einbaulagen wo Turbulenzen durch Rührwerke oder
Einfüllstutzen möglich sind unbedingt vermeiden.
1.2 Prozess-Anschlussflansch
Für Schalter mit Industrieflansch nach DIN, ANSI
usw. werden keine Dichtungen mitgeliefert. Verbin-
dungsbolzen müssen nach der entsprechenden Indu-
strienorm bezüglich Material, Druckklasse und Dich-
tungsart festgezogen werden. Bei Unklarheiten
wenden Sie sich bitte an Ihre Technik oder den
Dichtungshersteller. Bolzen sollten mit einem Fett ge-
schmiert werden.
Für die Standard Reihe PN25 (360psi) werden asbest-
freie Dichtungen geliefert.

1.0 Installation and start up
1.1 General instruction

Before installing read this instruction carefully.
When mounting be aware of correct operating posi-
tion >> illustr. 1.

For side mounting please note arrow "Top" on name
plate. The float must be able to move freely over its
full travel. It must not be impeded by the vessel wall,
any nozzle or fitting.

Positions where turbulence may be caused by agi-
tators or by any inlet connections must be avoided.
1.2 Process connection flange
For industrial type flanges to DIN, ANSI etc., gaskets
are not included. Connection bolts must be torqued
in accordance with the applicable standards of
the material, pressure class and type of gasket
used. If in doubt please consult your engineers or
contact the gasket supplier. Bolts should be sui-
tably protected with grease.
For the Standard Range PN25 (360psi), non-asbe-
stos gaskets are supplied.
