4. Place the robot vacuum cleaner at a distance of 30 - 50 cm with the sensor unit facing the base station. Press
HOME on the top of the robot vacuum cleaner.
The robot vacuum cleaner will now turn on and "look for" the base station. Then it will drive to the base station
to charge the battery (the battery icon flashes). Before using the device for the first time, wait until the battery
is fully charged (the battery icon lights up permanently).
Like any lithium-ion battery, the TECHNIMAX SR1's battery is subject to natural wear. Over time, the battery
performance, and thus the running time, decreases steadily. This is a natural aging process on the part of the
battery and not a consequence of a material or manufacturing error or material defect!
